1. Return Instructions
Every item purchased in the La Gitanilla Flamenca webshop can be returned. Once you receive your order, you have fourteen (14) days to request a return authorisation and shipping label via email and return the unwanted item(s). We will then send you a shipping label and all you have to do is print out and ship.
Our returns are free of charge and fully trackable for all orders within the European Union (EU) but only in case you use the return service by our recommended shipping partners. We recommend shipping with DHL or GLS.
We do also accept returns via other trackable services however in this case the cost must be covered by the customer. Please ensure you keep the proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for lost mail. If you wish to use another trackable service please return your items to the following address:

For the return, please follow the steps listed below:
- Make sure that the product is in perfect condition, unused, has the original packaging, bearing the original labels and accessories as well.
- Contact us via email@example.com to request a return authorisation and a shipping label. In the email, please include your order number, the list of items you would like to return. We would love to hear your thoughts about the pieces you are returning, so any additional feedback is highly appreciated!
- Pack the items properly. Please make sure to use either the original packaging when returning multiple items, or you can also choose to send back the items in a mailer, just ensure that your return parcel is packed and closed securely.
- Print the shipping label provided by us which includes our return shipping address and stick it to the outside of the package.
- Contact the Courier to schedule the collection of the parcel.

- We aim to process the refund within 3-8 working days of receiving your parcel.
At this time, La Gitanilla Flamenca is unable to provide free returns and exchanges on international orders outside of the EU. If you wish to return your item(s), we are happy to accept it in the event that you cover the postage. If you wish to do so, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject field. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your email. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working continuously towards providing this service.
International orders outside of the EU may incur additional import taxes and fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Important Information
Returns without prior notification (email) will be refused and will be returned to the sender. Please make sure you use the shipping label provided by us. We will not be responsible if your parcel is lost and there is no way of tracking it.
As La Gitanilla Flamenca receives the returned item, a quality control procedure shall take place in order to determine the appropriateness of the returned item.
To be eligible for the return, your item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. The returned item shall include the original tags and the packaging. You are liable for the amortisation of the products as a result of the use of the product which exceeds the necessary measure in order to assess the nature, the characteristics, and wear/operation of the item.
Returned items that are used, stained, damaged, washed or altered may not be accepted and your refund shall be refused.
We will notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 working days of the receipt of the returned item.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 14 days return policy, we reserve the right not to provide a refund or exchange. Any item returned exceeding the fourteen (14) days deadline is not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender.
You are not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal when the item was prepared especially upon your own instructions, or on your expressed demand, or in case the item was unambiguously personalised to you.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by an enterprise, namely such entity who acts in the scope of its profession, independent occupation or its business activity.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the same way as the original method of payment within fourteen (14) days from the reception of the returned item. We shall refund the original price that you have paid for the purchased item. In case of sale items, we are able to refund the sale price of the items.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
In the unlikely event that you have not received an e-mail within the time period referred to above, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If your order has been shipped outside of the EU, the taxes and customs duty cannot be refunded by us: you can contact your local Customs Office, they might help you recover those costs.
We inform you that the purchased items cannot be replaced or exchanged and, therefore, if you wish to change the purchased product, you can make a return in the ways and terms described above and proceed with a new order.
