When will my order ship?
We ship Monday through Friday excluding corporate holidays.
We provide an estimated delivery date with all orders upon checkout and on your tracking confirmation emails. We expect that your order will be delivered within this timeframe, however, please be aware that circumstances outside of our control with the selected courier can cause delays.

Currently, we ship via DHL (worldwide) and GLS (to Hungary and the neighbouring countries (EU)).

Your payment information is safe with us, all transactions are secure and encrypted. We never store your credit card information.
Can I cancel my order after I placed it?
If you’ve changed your mind about your order, it is possible to cancel on the same day, before we have dispatched it. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Can I change an item in my order after I placed it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders once they are finalised, however, we can still cancel it so you can place it again with the correct items. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com, and don’t forget to include your order number.
What size should I order?
Sizing can vary from design to design and fabric to fabric just as it does from women to women and brand to brand.

What is your return policy?
Currently, we offer free returns to our customers from the EU.
You can request a refund on your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving it without reasoning. If you would like to request such a refund please express this to us to our email address (email@example.com) within the fourteen (14) day window. Also, we always love to hear our customers’ feedback, so if you feel like sharing some thoughts on the ordered products, we’d love that.
I’m not eligible to a free return. How can I return an item?
Once you’ve requested a return number from us, please send us the unwanted item(s) as a tracked parcel, and do let us know the tracking number. Until we have received your return in our warehouse, the items and their conditions are your responsibility. For more information see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
I’ve recently returned an item. Do you refund the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Also, in case you are not eligible for a free return, we are unable to cover the costs of the return.
I really love the product I’ve received, but I need it in a smaller/bigger size. Can I exchange it?
We don’t offer an exchange service. We produce unique and limited numbers of garments. It might happen that from a model we have only one size, one piece. If you would like to request a refund please express this to us to our email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) within the fourteen (14) day window. To order a new item, you just have to place a new order through our online shop.
Can I change my ordered product to a different piece?

We always suggest you sign up for our mailing list – that way, you’ll be the first to hear about restocks (as well as new products!)
Are you planning to bring back [sold out item]?
We can’t make any promises, but we do know which items are fan favourites, and we use that information to decide what to bring back (and what to create new, improved versions of).
